Weekly Creative Team Digest

As always, the Scrapbook Nerd Creative Team has been hard at work creating stunning projects to share with you.

Nathalie created this layout about a selfie gone wrong using the newly released cut file, and Pebbles’ Forever My Always collection. She used some Vicki Boutin gold glaze and one of Echo Park’s stencils to bring a bit of texture to the page. But the star of the page is that sweet picture of her baby’s kiss!

Mari created this romantic layout using a combination of collections including Simple Stories “Romance”, Vicki Boutin “All the Good Things” and Crate Paper “Good Vibes”. The base of the layout is the Vicki Boutin Mixed Media Paper. Mari added some Prima water color to the background using the packaging technique. There are a few mixed media stamps on the background as well. Then the layers were built on top of the mixed media. The large floral pieces were fussy cut from a paper from the “Romance” collection. The softness of the design complements the romantic photograph.

Gisele used a Silhouette file (hearts wreath) and Photoplay I Love Gymnastics, frames by Crate Paper and punched some hearts. She used a puffy sticker of a butterfly as she always has something of nature on her grandnieces pages. Unknown enamel stars. Inspired by Laura Whitaker sketch.

And I brought you this sketch and page where I replaced one of the sketch layers with a custom made stencil and some stitching using the Vicky Boutin All the Good Things collection.
