Creative Team Weekly Review

general

Hey Everone, welcome to the Scrapbook Nerd blog today for a review of the creative team projects for this week!

Firstly, we have a sweet, summery layout by team member Gisele!

Gisele created this 8 1/2 x 11 layout using the Doodlebug Design “Sweet Summer” 6×6 paper pad and the odds and ends of the same collection. The tags, twine and enamel dots are from Gisele’s stash as well as the Bella Blvd words.

The alphas are the puffy stickers from Pink Fresh. The happy birthday was fussy cut from the paper pad. Gisele also used the puffy hearts from Pink Fresh. The photos were backed from the collection as well. There are so many fun details in this layout, including the layering, tags and enamel dots!

Next we have a layout by team member Nathalie!

Nathalie created this layout using Pink Paislee’s “PIck Me Up” collection.
She used a JustNick Studio cut file to watercolor and handstitched the background.

The picture of part of her family at her little sister’s graduation is framed by two large clusters of ephemera and stickers from the collection.

All the color and texture in the page is just perfect to document such a happy occasion.

The final project for this week is a layout by team member Mari.

Mari created this page for the technique blog post earlier this week.  The layout features the Crate Paper “Wild Heart” collection.

Mari was inspired by the colors in the collection and created a custom background on Bazzil Marshmallow cardstock using Distress Oxide Inks and tape to create stripes.  The sunglasses are fussy cut from the paper pad from the collection as well. The title work and journaling reflect the print on the t-shirt in the photo.  A fun and summery project, as well!

There are so many great products over in the shop to match any style of scrapbooking that you enjoy!  Be sure to hope over to the shop!  Here is a link: Scrapbook Nerd online shop.

Have an amazing day, everyone!

xxMari
