The Perfect Pearls from Ranger Ink are the most versatile pigment powder for rubber stampers, paper crafters, scrapbookers and mixed media artists! Simply dust the Perfect Pearls pigment powders over the stamped images with Perfect Medium, and doodled with Perfect Pens or combined with Perfect Fabric Medium (each sold separately) to create pearlescent paints for cloth projects. These were specially developed with a built in Resin, and are easy to use dry or wet with no additional binders. Mix with watercolors, inks, acrylic paints, embossing powders, clay and other mediums for radiant results.
