Shipping & Returns

Orders are normally shipped out the next business day (Monday to Friday), there is no shipping Saturday, Sunday, or Statutory Holidays. All orders are shipped using Canada Post, you select what method works best for you at checkout. 

Local Customers  - Please choose the Pick Up option in the shipping section at check out, leave a note in the comment section or email info@scrapbooknerd.com to set up a date & time for pick up.

Letter Mail with Canada Post -

The letter mail service is limited to 22mm thick and up to 500 grams in weight. This option may be available to you at check out based on the weight of the items in your order, however some products might be too thick for this option and it does come with a higher shipping cost. Please keep in mind that ink pads, pastes, liquid glues (bottles) are too thick for the letter mail service.

The $6.00 for letter mail covers all sizes and weights within this option, if we are able to ship your package for less than the $6 paid we will issue you a refund for the difference once your order has shipped.

Discounted Shipping or Free Shipping in Canada - all orders 

Place a single order or combination of smaller orders (before taxes and discounts) of $150 or more receive discounted or free shipping via Canada Post Expedited Parcel which includes tracking and insurance up to $100.00.

Our discounted shipping program allots up to $17 towards shipping across Canada. If any shipping overages occur due to weight or size of your parcel, we will email you before we ship your order/s to update you. Anything above and beyond the $17 shipping credit due to your location, weight, or box dimensions is owed by you the customer.

Shipping overages (the difference) are not covered under our free shipping policy. *Please see Oversized/Heavy items below for more information.  **If you live in a rural or remote area extra postage may apply.                

HOLDIT Program

Need to place an order, but aren’t ordering enough to qualify for discounted or free shipping ($150.00 not including discounts and taxes).

HOLDIT is a great way for our customers to earn free or discounted shipping. We will combine your smaller orders until you reach the $150 discounted or free shipping threshold. All you need to do is select HOLDIT as your shipping option and your order will be processed with no shipping charge. We will fill and hold your orders until your combined order total reaches the $150 free/discounted shipping threshold and then ship your orders automatically.

Oversized and/or heavy items - (scrapbook albums, tools, organization products)

 If you have over-sized items or your order does not fit in a standard box, extra postage may apply. *If you live in a rural or remote area extra postage may apply.

United States and International orders
Different shipping options are available at checkout with and without tracking. Our system tends to overestimate the cost of international shipping, if the price seems off please feel free to contact us. If the shipping rate is different than what you paid at checkout after we pack & weigh your parcel, we will notify you and issue you a refund if necessary.
