Shipping & Returns
We are not open at this time for in person shopping due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are still offering contactless order pickup and curbside pickup to local customers.
Orders are normally sent out the next business day (Monday to Friday), there is no shipping Saturday, Sunday, or Statutory Holidays. All orders are shipped using Canada Post, you select what method works best for you at checkout.
Local Customers - Please choose the Pick Up option in the shipping section at check out, leave a note in the comment section or email email@example.com to set up a date & time.
We will combine your smaller orders until you reach the $150 free shipping threshold. All you need to do is select HOLDIT as your shipping option and your order will be processed with no shipping charge. We will fill and hold your orders until your combined order total reaches the $150 free shipping threshold and then ship your orders automatically. *If you live in a rural or remote area extra postage may apply.
Different shipping options are available at checkout with and without tracking. Our system tends to overestimate the cost of international shipping, if the price seems off please feel free to contact us. If the shipping rate is different than what you paid at checkout after we pack & weigh your parcel, we will notify you and issue you a refund if necessary.
