Great Prices and Above & Beyond Service

I first came across scrapbooknerd.com when they were attending a fundraiser crop. Since I live in a border city I've been spoiled that I can order from US and ship to a US receiver reducing my shipping costs. I found scrapbooknerd.com to be a most competitive Canadian online store for pricing, and so pre-ordered items for that crop.

More recently I needed a smaller order and was hoping to do a pick up as I drove through. Although Barb was on vacation, she arranged for her son to be available for my pick up. SO appreciated her (and her son) going above and beyond to allow me to make that arrangement. But the final (great) surprise ... since one of the embellishment stickers were not in stock she had placed the refund in with the order.
