Nerd Girl Fleur’s October Projects

This month I got to work with the really fun Shimelle collection from American Crafts.  I loved the colors, stickers, wood veneer and cork in this collection.

My first project was a fun layout using a heart punch and the 6×6 paper pad.

Since the theme for October is hand stitching/sewing I decided to add some hand stitching around a row of hearts at the bottom of the page.

My second project was a mini album using the super cute Teresa Collins 4×4 gold heart mini album.

The pages were quite small so I didn’t need much tofill them up.  Here is a few of the inside pages.

For my last project I did another layout.  This layout features a then and now photo.  My son and his friends – so cute.  I add handstitching around the photos to create a frame.

I really had a lot of fun playing with this collection.  The Nerd Girls are each going to come up with a challenge for October and my challenge is to break out your punches and use them on your next project.  Share them in the forum for a chance to win a RAK from me.
