It’s the end of another DT week on Scrapbook Nerd and I’ve been having a blast playing with a few different products. I started out with the Amy Tangerine Oh Happy Life papers, and added in a few different embellishments. Just working with this collection made me feel happy!
Project One : Love this Life
I wanted to make sure I was choosing fun photos to use for my layouts this month, and these ones definitely fit the bill. The before and after of the ladies I worked with during a Mom and Tots camp last summer speak volumes, and every time I look at them they make me laugh. This collection provided the perfect backdrop for the photos. To keep the embellishments simple, I just used a couple of the papers and hand-cut some of the images to use. Project Two: Always an Adventure
Don’t you just love that “Happy” paper? Last summer my husband and I tool an impromptu weekend visit to Chicago. We had so much fun, just the two of us. I was trying to capture both the spontaneity of the trip, along with the fun adventure we had. On this layout, I added in some of the new PinkFresh The Mix 1 embellishment collection. If you haven’t checked these out yet, you really must. They are very fun and versatile.
Project Three: #Good Times
This is my mother and my sister. My Mom is very fun-loving – always making jokes and enjoying life. We had a girls’ shopping day and I new that this collection would work so well to capture what the day was like. I added in some of the Pink Paislee Take Me Away ephemera. That pink couch was so perfect! I love the touches of gold on some of the embellishments.
