Creative Team Weekly Round-Up

Hi everyone!  Welcome to the blog today and the summary of activity with the creative team this week!  Our focus this week is traveller’s notebooks and if you haven’t tried this format yet, we have some inspiration coming your way!

Mari created this traveller’s notebook layout that was the focus of her post earlier this week.  This layout is using products from Crate Paper “Willow Lane” in a Simple Stories Carpe Diem Notebook.

This layout has a pocket on the left side where Mari has stashed the journaling on a tag.  The layout is adorned with many of the stickers, stamps and embellishments from the gorgeous “Willow Lane” collection!

Nathalie is up next with one of her daily Traveler’s Notebook entries.  She decided to use the new Indigo Hills 2 from Pinkfresh Studio,  Concord and 9th die set, and some Distress Oxides to create this layout.

She combined vellum with Distress oxides to create the   soft leaves on the title page of the TN, and contrasted them with the purple of the Gorge paper from Pinkfresh Studio.

She chose to create a pocket behind the picture to hold her journal lines, which in turn keep the clean look of the page, and the focus on the picture.
